With Child Passenger Safety Week well underway, our Boston injury law firm wants to remind you to make sure that the child safety seat that your son or daughter is using works correctly and is properly installed. Also, one in five parents reportedly don’t read the instructions when installing a car seat.

Child safety seats do save hundreds of lives each year, but they can’t do their job unless they are used correctly and are defect-free.
